We accept VISA/Master and other Cards Online. Checks need to be delivered at least a week in advance of the class to hold a seat. I can't hold a seat if you do not pay in advance. All my classes fill up! My classes are fun to say the least! Why not have fun, see cool carry products other instructors don't show you or can't offer to you and hear from someone who carries every day. I walk the walk and talk the talk. Call me any time. If I don't answer, I will typically return your call within 1/2 hour. I am here for you to help you get your permit.

Important information regarding our classes please read all of this:

Range Fees:

For classes that use Burnsville Pistol Range for the range qualification portion only, there is about a $14.00 range fee paid directly to the range. To be clear the class is not held at the BPR we just use the range to shoot then go where the class is held.

When classes are held at Waconia we may use either BPR or Shady lanes or Goose lake auto parts for the qualification. Call to be sure.

For classes held at Shady Lanes, or Goose lake where both the shooting and the class is held, there is a $10 range fee that goes to the club for insurance, I get nothing from that.

• Saturday classes begin at 9:00 a.m. "see specific class" and are usually held at Shady Lanes in Glencoe. You will be notified by email if class was shifted to Waconia due to class size. Check this class schedule page the night before class to verify the location. It is where we usually shoot anyway, so there is no extra driving involved. Please print the map from the Directions page -- Mapquest, google and GPS don't work well, so be sure to have my map with you. The Glencoe Lodge is a great setting for a class! Surrounded by moose and deer mounts as well as an Eagle mount.
  
• Shooting qualification will be up to 30 shots (15 @15 feet and 15 @21 feet) at a body size target. Bring new Factory ammo, NO Reloads! except at Burnsville Pistol range. You may be thinking, I make good ammo, but are you sure about the guy next you and his skills as a reloader?
  
• Bring eye and ear protction (Wall-Mart has foam plugs and clear glasses real cheap) its good to have your own for health reasons.

I do everything I can to keep the cost of this course down and pass it on to you. I am highly trained, especially in defensive shooting, and have a lot to pass on to you. Thank you for choosing me.

Classes: $75 regular and $55 renewals and women, plus $3.50 processing fee. No refunds, just need to take a class from me at some time.

We will do classes at your location
Get a group together of at least 10 people or $750 for up to 10 people, we can come to you (1 hour from Waconia) call if it is farther away. We will need a place to shoot, this could be done on your location if it is legal.

If you have any questions about the qualify of our course, call any of the references at the bottom of this page. We all have to do a class approved by the BCA. What I hear often from renewals is they had a hard time staying awake at the last class, but not mine.

*Free AMMO! for the qualifying portion of the class. Limited to .22LR we also have .22LR handguns for you to borrow.

Directions: 3.4 miles west of Glencoe on 212, turn south on Ideal Ave. go 3.4 miles on your right.

NO Loaded firearms or live ammunition is allowed in the classroom! Keep your firearms stored until the range portion of the course. Know the FOUR fundamental rules for gun safety prior to attending this class: KEEP the firearm pointed in safe direction; KEEP your finger off the trigger until told to fire; KEEP your firearm unloaded until you are ready to use it; KNOW your target and what’s beyond. Joe,
Thanks for the class and the instruction using my PPK on Sunday. And, by the way, you friggin' blew me away with your fast draw and accurate shot placement. I was a shooter in the army and was never trained with a pistol (well not very well anyway), and I think the times are dictating that I become as proficient with a pistol as I am with a rifle.

As always the ladies are free when they come with their spouse, boyfriend, or both. They pay only if they want the permit at the end of the class.
